Placement of Orders
Orders may be placed by phone, fax, mail or e-mail. To provide you with the most efficient service we ask that all orders be confirmed in writing to avoid any errors in communication. Please clarify style, product code, colour, quantity and specific instructions pertaining to shipping, plating or special services.
Minimum Order Requirements
In general, one original factory pack is the minimum order quantity. Please check with our sales representatives.
Specical Discount
We offer 3% discount for a single order which over fifty factory packs.
Delivery Terms, Prices and Insurance
All prices are F.O.B. Hong Kong. Prices are subject to change and to be confirmed by the confirmation of order.
In general, we arrange the delivery door to door by UPS. UPS offer the insurance for the delivery under your request, there is 1% service charge.
Also, you can choose DHL, FedEx, EMS, Antron Express, Aramex and other forwarders by Air/ by Ship, etc...

Payment
For a confirmed order, we accept T/T in the currency of HKD$, CNY$, USD$, EURO$, GBP$, AUD$ and NZD$. In addition, we also accept Paypal and Western Union.
Cancellations, Returns and Shortages
If there is a need for cancellation, please inform Nam Cheong Trading Co. within 2 working days from the confirmation of order. Nam Cheong Trading Co. reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any order which has started its production run or for special items.For request to return any item, please inform Nam Cheong Trading Co. within 5-7 working days upon receipt of goods. Nam Cheong Trading Co. will only accept responsibility of primary manufacturing defects.For shipment shortages, please inform Nam Cheong Trading Co. within 5-7 working days upon receipt of goods. Any shortages claim after this time will not be entertained. All shipments are carefully counted, measured and weighted prior to shipping. If the shipment packages has been opened or damaged, please inform Nam Cheong Trading Co. immediately.
Sample Order
Sample orders are available upon request. There is a charge for these orders. The time required to fill a sample order will vary by product and size of order.
Customer Satisfaction
For customer satisfaction, Nam Cheong Trading Co. will replace, at no additional charge, any defective merchandise that Nam Cheong Trading Co. determines to have been caused by our manufacturing process. Customers must inform Nam Cheong Trading Co. of any defects upon receipt of goods. Nam Cheong Trading Co. will not be responsible for any defects due to secondary operations.
